If you would like to be notified by email, send an email to momupdates@glong.info.
Since I do not know how widely this will be distributed, please include your name so that I can add you to my contact list.
If you want to be notified by text, send a text message containing your name to momupdates@glong.info.
I know it looks strange, but every time I have tried it, it worked.
On Android:
1) go to messages and select Start Chat
2) type momupdates@glong.info in the To field
3) Tap on the Send block that pops up containing the email address
4) Send a message containing your name
On Apple, sorry you are on your own.
